At Home Luxury Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your luxury scents in their original box and protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier of your choice to send the items back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
